I have not drawn my state pension since 2015. If I don't claim it before I die, will the lump sum become part of my estate?

I'm not an expert but my understanding is no, it doesn't.If you are married or in a civil partnership and your spouse / partner survives you then I beleive they may be entiteld to some of your additional state pension to add to theirs, but I'm not sure about the lump sum.0
