Pro Rata Question.

Hi,
Looking for some help with Pro Rata Salary.
Forgive my ignorance but I've always worked full time so I've not been in this situation before.
If the salary on a job description is £22,179 PA Pro Rata and the hours are 26 per week, does that mean that if the job was full-time, 37.5 hours per week then the salary would be £22,179 ? If so, what calculation do I need to do to work out the actual salary?
I'd appreciate some info, please.
Tory.

Yes that’s correct.
So £22,179 / 37.5 and then x26 for the actual hours gives £15,377.440 -
Great, I was on the right track. Thank you.Deleted_User said:Yes that’s correct.
