OR claim against father estate

hey, hope you can help.
My fathers bankrupcy order made in 1996, he passed earlier this year. Seems there are 2 funds that the OR has put a note on. The pension provider said they had investigated and now I have claim forms from Aviva but stating I must have the OR say that they dont have a claim against the funds any longer for them to pay out. How do I even find them? No idea who was the trustee. My father does not appear on the Insolvency register any longer so assume it was discharged. Any ideas before I have to pay the lawyers. Thanks

Try searching on London gazette, as details should be on there0

You could ring the enquiry line with your fathers details and the query and they will find the appropriate office.0
