Nationwide 3.44% Fixed

Hello,
My current nationwide fixed mortgage rate is 2.14% which ends on 30/11/22.
I have accepted nationwide 5 yr fixed at 3.44% no product fee to start on 1/11/22
Is this a good deal?
I couldn’t get an adviser appointment until the end of the month and I was worried about rates changing, so accepted online.
I have 11 yr left on my mortgage.
Any advice is much appreciated, Thank you, xx

Presumably you did this direct?
For others reading this, many brokers do rate switches/product transfers free of charge and had a broker been used here you would have been given details of Nationwide options and an overview of the remortgage market which tells you the best overall option.I am a mortgage broker. LTV? As kingstreet says a broker could have helped you with what else is in the market.0

You can do a sense check using the MSE mortgage comparison herehttps://www.moneysavingexpert.com/mortgages/best-buys/ but do make sure you are looking at fixed rates when comparing.
Going by the LTV and term, I'm guessing it's a relatively small mortgage, in which case even if there is a slightly cheaper product out there with another lender, it's unlikely to make a noticeable difference.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
