Tesco - Is anyone else missing clubcard points from online orders placed in June and July

Hi,
I logged on randomly one day and noticed clubcard points for online orders, placed in June/July weren't displayed in the clubcard account points section ( you get there by logging in > my account > points > view transactions).
Sent a whats app message to CS, and an agent claimed to be able to see them but I'm surprised that it's still not showing for me. Asked again, attaching a screenshot of my missing transactions, and have yet to receive a reply. Alternative method to get in touch with them is by phone and I'm really cba doing unless necessary.
Just wondering if this was only affecting me or is anyone else out there having similar issues?
