Santander Froze My Account after transferring money it's been 15 days

They closed my account in 17th August and issued a cheque with balance yet 4 working days later still no cheque and it was meant to have been sent on the 18th
Is this normal as I just want nothing to do with that people and now I'm worried my cheque is lost or something

I'm sorry to hear your account has been closed. Don't worry too much about the cheque, it will still be in the post and can take a couple of weeks to arrive.
