  • To be honest Im inclined to agree with Raveloe above. Financial advisors will only take from you and offer you very little that you cant find out for yourself. Apologies wjr4 but its a fact. In terms of saving clients lots of money in taxes its a bit of a mute point when the IP is more than likely going to go for something like a S&S ISA. 

    Read, read, read. Make your own judgements. Avoid equities and build a nice portfolio of 5 or 6 well diversified funds. Alternatively (and Im sure Mr Tax Adviser will tell you different) have a really good look at Bitcoin. Once you understand it it's not that scary at all its a really good time to get in.
