WINSDAY WEEKLY TICKETS PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

Each Prize Draw will open every Wednesday at 1.00am and will close the following Wednesday at 12.59am (“Closing Time”).

How to enter and cost of entry:

Stage 1: Earn Winsday Ticket(s)

To enter the Prize Draw, you must have a Winsday ticket (“Ticket”), which can be earned in the following ways:

1. you can enter any of the competitions promoted on www.itv.com/win (“Website”) that display the ‘Winsday Ticket’ logo. You must enter via the Website using any of the online payment methods available, for example Apple Pay, Direct to Mobile Billing or Paypal. After you have completed the entry, you will receive one (1) Ticket for every one (1) paid entry. If you buy any entry bundles via the Website, you will only receive a Ticket for each paid entry, for example, if you buy the “4 Entries + 6 Free Entries” entry bundle, you will receive four (4) Winsday Tickets. Any Entry Credits (defined below) used to enter a Website competition will also generate a Ticket. The Ticket(s) will be saved in your itv.com/win account (“Account”) which you can access by logging in on the Website and clicking the profile button and will then automatically be entered into that week’s Prize Draw. Any Tickets received after the Closing Time will be entered into the next Prize Draw; and/or

2. you can win Tickets by watching the ITV Win video stream (“Video Stream”). At intermittent periods a ticket logo will appear on the video stream and once it appears, you will have ten (10) seconds to click on the ticket logo in order to earn the Ticket. The video stream will pause if you navigate away from the page. You will be unable to watch the video stream or successfully earn Ticket(s) if you have an ad-blocker mechanism turned on. Any Tickets that you earn will be saved in your Account and will automatically be entered into that week’s Prize Draw. Any Tickets received after the Closing Time will be entered into the next Prize Draw.

There is a cap of sixty (60) entries per week to enter into the Prize Draw which is broken down as follows:

• a maximum of thirty (30) entries per person if you enter a ‘Winsday Ticket’ competition on the Website; and

• a maximum of thirty (30) entries per person if you watch the Video Stream.

There is no charge for entry but your internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Please note if using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

Stage 2: Prize Draw

If you have earned any Ticket(s) prior to the Closing Time for the current week’s Prize Draw, all such Ticket(s) will be automatically used to enter into that week’s Prize Draw. You will not be entered into any subsequent Prize Draws unless you enter again via the Website.

You can check how many Ticket(s) you have by logging into your Account.

At least a three thousand (3000) entries will be drawn at random from all eligible entries for each Prize Draw, save that, where there are less than three thousand (3000) eligible entries for a Prize Draw, that number of eligible entries will be drawn.

The first eligible entry drawn at random will win the first prize, the second eligible entry drawn at random will win the second prize and so on until all entries have been drawn.

Stage 3: Check your Ticket(s)

In order to win, you will need to check your Ticket and claim your prize. You can find your Ticket(s) in your Account, under “Winsday Prize Draw Tickets”. To check whether you have won a prize, either drag each individual Ticket into the scan area shown on screen or click autocheck to check all of your Tickets at once.

You will be able to verify if you have a winning Ticket(s) from 3.00pm every Wednesday and you will have twenty-eight (28) days to check whether you have won a prize. Your Ticket(s) will expire at 3.00pm twenty-eight (28) days after the Closing Time.

Stage 4: Claim any winning Tickets

If you’ve checked your Ticket and you’ve won a cash prize, you’ll have twenty-eight (28) days from the day and time that you checked your Ticket to claim your prize (“Redemption Period”).

If you have not claimed your prize within the Redemption Period, the prize will be forfeited.

Prizes:

All Prizes will be as described in the interaction information on the Website. Prizes will vary weekly and will be allocated to the winners of the Prize Draw as described in Stage 2 above. You will not have the right to choose your Prize.

The Prize may be one of the following

a) Entry Credits;

b) Cash; or

c) Bonus Tokens.

Please see below for details of each type of Prize.

a) Entry Credits

Entry Credits can be used to enter any of ITV’s paid online competitions. Entry Credits will be added to your profile after you claim your prize and will be automatically used when you enter your next ITV online paid competition. One Entry Credit is the equivalent of one paid entry, regardless of the cost of entry to the relevant competition.

Please note each Entry Credit will count towards the capping limit for any competition you may wish to enter.

b) Cash Prizes

Cash Prizes will range from £5 (five pounds) to £500 (five hundred pounds).

To claim any Cash Prize, go to the ‘Profile’ link at the top of the Website and click ‘Cash Prize’. You can then redeem the Cash Prize in the following ways:

1. Transfer to your Paypal account: ITV will pay the Cash Prize into your Paypal account. To do this, choose the PayPal option and follow the simple steps. You can use a pre-existing PayPal account or create a new one. The Cash Prize balance in your ITV Win Account will be set to zero and the money will appear in your PayPal account within forty-eight (48) hours. 2. Convert the Cash Prize into Entry Credits: you will be able to convert your Cash Prize to Entry Credits when you claim your prize. You may choose from three (3) conversion options: (i) convert £2 for one (1) Entry Credit; (ii) convert £5 for three (3) Entry Credits; or (iii) convert £10 for seven (7) Entry Credits. You will not be able to convert your Cash Prize to Entry Credits if you already have ten (10) or more Entry Credits in your Account. Your Entry Credits will be the default method for payment when entering into any online paid competition on the Website. If you want, you can split your Cash Prize between cash and Entry Credit(s). To do this, you must first convert your Cash Prize into Entry Credit(s), using one of the three (3) conversion methods described above, up to a maximum value of ten pounds (£10). Any remaining Cash Prize sum will then need to be withdrawn using a Paypal account or via Post Office option below.

3. Claim at local Post Office: you can pick up your Cash Prize from your local Post Office. To do this, choose the ‘Claim at Local Post Office’ option and follow the simple steps. You will receive a text message with a unique reference code (“Barcode”) within two working days from claiming. Go to any UK Post Office and present the Barcode to receive your prize. The Barcode will expire thirty (30) days after receiving it (“Expiry Date”). If you do not redeem your Barcode before the Expiry Date, the Cash Prize will be forfeited and you will not be able to redeem your Cash Prize. The Cash Prize balance in your ITV Win Account will be set to zero as soon as this option is selected.

c) Bonus Tokens

Bonus Tokens (“Tokens”) can be used to enter Bonus Tokens competitions on the Website. There will usually be several competitions to choose from, each with different prizes available.

If you win Tokens, they will be automatically added to your Account once you have claimed your Ticket(s) and you will be able to use them to enter ITV’s Bonus Tokens competitions on the Website. The Promotor may, from time to time award additional prizes based on unspecified criteria (eg. the recipient of the one (1) million ticket) at its own discretion.
