Does anyone have a email address for the complaints department at Santander.
I entered into Bankruptcy in April 2021 and was informed by the OR they would take send a bank 1 notification to Santander and the account would be closed.
I regularly check my credit report and can see that the account is being reported as active.
I have been in touch with my OR today and they said I need to contact them myself
