I can't see that you are helping your ill wife and disabled daughter by potentially making them homeless by converting unsecured debt into secured debt?
Your priority should be to clear the secured debt which is presumably secured on your home? Your family debts should be the last priority.

Or you could sell the property, clear your current debts and mortgage of £163K, and start again with the remaining equity which you say would be in the region of £67k?
The problem would be that I doubt that your income is sufficient to get a new mortgage on a similar property for around £183k, so you'd be renting for the forseeable future. But at least you wouldn't be servicing a £60k debt for 15 years or more to come.
