I’m trying to do this on my phone but on the PVGIS I can see my street but not individual houses. Am I missing a toggle option or something?
I don't think marking the individual house would offer any great advantage.  I'm sure the PVGIS organisation aren't aware of e.g. every tree in the world or of how tall your chimney stack is !
There is the ability to import a horizon, though how you would create the horizon data, I don't know. I guess this is how you could include a large tree.

I did a calc for a house on a slope and noticed that the position on the slope effected the horizon. It didn't look enough to effect the generation, but was enough for me to notice.
