Should I move savings into one account before applying for a mortgage?

I am about to apply for a mortgage as a FTB.

I have most of my deposit in my main current account, and a small amount (about £800) in another account that I very rarely use (it’s for savings only).

Is it better to move the £800 into the main account before applying? Are there any benefits/drawbacks in doing so?

    £800 such a small amount won't make a difference.

@andydufresne With an amount of £800, it's unlikely to make any significant difference either way other than perhaps making evidence of proof of deposit easier to provide (one statement instead of two), if your lender requires it at application.
