Northridge Finance Settlement request issue

Is anyone else having an issue retrieving Northridge Finance settlements via the online customer toolkit portal?

Normally once you’ve logged in with your Agreement number, DOB and bank account number you can request instant settlement figure as PDF and change payment date / address.

The settlement button can be pressed, something loads and then it comes up with a green box saying ‘Settlement retrieved’ with a tick but no PDF doc and no settlement. Multiple browsers and computers/devices have been tried.
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
Mortgage Outstanding - £138,087.38 (Payment 11/360)
Total Debt = £1,125.00 (0%APR) @ £112.50pm
