Are either of them illiterate? Or did they just sign an agreement without reading and understanding it? Whilst we can question the morals of sales people, they are there to sell stuff so unless they have explicit lied or represented something in a way that his untrue then it is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of what they are buying and on what terms.kaya said:Thanks everyone, as I said they aren't my cars or agreements just enquiring on someone else's behalf, I was offered a PCP deal by a Mercedes dealer years ago and ran for the hills 😂 not something I know anything about or was prepared to get tied into for that very reason0
