Multiple detached retinas

First Anniversary Combo Breaker

A close friend has suffered multiple detached retinas.  Does anyone know of the best consultant / eye hospital in the UK to get rapid advice as they were told it was bad luck to have suffered several detached retinas within 2.5 months.  Thank you.
