Panicking about Natwest product switch please help

Hi I am having a major panic and of course in light of today's interest rate announcement  I cant get through to the bank. Can anyone advise me please?  In July I agreed a new 5 yr rate with Natwest as my current rate ends in Nov. I went through the options via the website, logged in and selected a new product. 

I received the paperwork and an email that said:

"Thanks for using our online service.
Your product switch application has been successful, there's nothing else you need to do.

Copies of all your mortgage switching documentation are attached for your records.

Thanks again for choosing to stay with us."

I'll  be honest I didn't look at the paperwork until today as the email said I didn't have to do anything; however, the documents are suggesting that it needs to be signed and returned  I'm panicking that I haven't secured the rate I thought I had.

Can anyone advise if they've done a new fixed rate with natwest recently and did you have to sign any paperwork?

Update - finally got through and they've confirmed its paperless and nothing to sign. I pointed out that the paperwork suggests otherwise and was told yes it can be confusing!
Anyway panic over but thought I'd update in case anyone else is in the same boat.
