Hi all,
Our new build is looking like its going to be ready right on the tail end of our mortgage offer expiry date this month. We've applied for an extension with NatWest, just incase we need it. Any idea how long this takes? And has anyone had any experience of this request being declined?
Thanks.

@clouds15 Can't comment on how long it takes as NatWest are quite backed up at the moment, it's good that you've applied as early as you can. No need to worry though, it's a fairly routine process and involves a soft check and an automated valuation refresh. So as long as your credit history hasn't deteriorated, you should be fine.clouds15 said:Hi all,
