Hi can anyone tell me if they experienced the timescale with leeds building society?

    am i reading that right, underwriting in 0.9 days? is thats averaging les than a day? that cant be right

    @fitzykev It's important to remember that those numbers are only an average, not a target or a commitment. They'll include cases which go through almost fully automated as well as self-employed or less straightforward cases that take weeks of to and fro.

    what do you reckon my case would be like? broker said bank statements look good and its good we have a joint account where we transfer  half the money  each for bills and rent. but as i said before my application is solo application although i am married.
