Confirmation of Santander Mortgage offer

Congratulations to everyone who has just had their offers and I wish those waiting Good luck with their application. I Received my offer document yesterday indicating that the offer was issued on 27th July and my Reflection period ends on 5th August but nothing to sign to indicate that I accepted the offer. I am a bit confused, just wondering if anyone knows what to do on receipt of the offer document. Thank you

@omonile In most cases there's nothing for the applicant to do to 'accept' the offer. The offer will be deemed to be accepted when your solicitor completes conveyancing and requests release of funds.

Just confirm with your solicitor that they've received their copy from Santander.
