Tsb remortgage application

Hi everyone
Currently in the process of an remortgage application with tsb with additional borrowing for debt consolidation.
Currently in the process of an remortgage application with tsb with additional borrowing for debt consolidation.
Everything else had been satisfied on the case and we were just awaiting for the valuation - today this came back ok.
Now the problem is, my broker has contacted me to say that the figure tsb are offering is substantially lower. He has been in contact with them and they have said - they aren't able to explain why it has maxed out at £154k - Just a computer says no answer.
My broker has reached out to the relationship manager.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Would £154,000 be enough for you to clear the expensive debt and pay off the other debts ASAP?0
