Energy £400 moving house?

I'm selling my house and relocating so will be renting for a bit.  With the spread out payments will I miss out on the full £400 rebate does anyone know please

    It may not be smooth but as long as you have an electricity account in your name from October - March 2023 you will get the six installments. If there is a break that is the unknown part and that may require some manual form of application.

    The problem will be if you don't have an uninterrupted electricity supply, for example you move in for a few weeks with somebody else.

    Otherwise I would assume that every month the suppliers credit you with the £66/£67 if you have a domestic electricity account with them.
