Neither seems to turn the "+5" indicator to a tick to indicate step completion.

Yep, same issues with the code.  You get the green tick to confirm that it's correct, but it just spins and then asks for it again.

Check your total entry counters (top left). This entry isn't time-gated, and it resets once it accepts and submits.

The reason It asks for another code is that there are five to collect.

There should be a code in every video (or comments on video if he forgets to mention in vid) on youtube from the comp video till it's end. That's already more than 5.
