Online order, company now want more money

Hi all, hoping someone can help. I placed an order online with a reputable company yesterday; all went through ok but they emailed me a few hours later to say that the website had had a glitch and incorrectly priced the goods. They now want the extra money before processing the order. Do I have to pay up or is this their problem (which they have subsequently rectified)? Thanks.

I believe that if you still want the goods then, unfortunately, you will have to pay the extra charge. However, you do have the right to cancel the order and get your money back.
