Sainsbury’s Delivery Slot

I’ve been trying to book a delivery slot with Sainsbury’s, every date from and including 9th August is showing as ‘unavailable’, it’s been like this for days. Contacted them daily via Twitter and they just keep saying the Tec team are aware of the issue. Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem. Thanks

Maybe try clearing your device history & do a restart.

Sainsbury’s have confirmed the have an IT issue affecting some customers trying to book slots, it’s been ongoing for days and they can give a timescale for when it will be resolved.0

It affects me too. I've earmarked a Click & Collect for now as that seems OK. I'll try to find out what's going on & post any news here.

There's also a bug where it will charge you for delivery even if you've got a delivery pass - so even if you do manage to get a slot, make sure to check the receipt!1

It was a localised issue that didn't impact Cornwall. It looks resolved now with the exception of bookings for Sunday 14th.
