Terms & Conditions

1. Terms and Conditions
   1. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") will apply:
      1. in conjunction with any specific terms and conditions of any applicable promotion. Where any specific terms and conditions conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the specific terms of the applicable promotion shall apply; and
      2. if you apply to enter the Super 6 football predictions game located at https://super6.skysports.com/  ("Competition")
   2. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the Competition.
   3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to "you", "entrant(s)" or "player(s)" are to persons who have entered the Competition in accordance with the terms set out at Clause 4 (How to Enter).
   4. Please note that Apple Inc. and Alphabet Inc. are in no way linked or associated with this Competition or any other competitions/content run in the Mobile Apps (as defined below).
2. The Promoter
   1. The Competition is co-promoted by Sky UK Limited of Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5QD ("Sky") and Hestview Limited (trading as Sky Games) of 4 Wellington Place, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 4AP ("Sky Games") (Sky and Sky Games together being, the "Promoter").
3. Eligibility
   1. This Competition is only open to persons aged 18 years or over resident in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, except for:
      1. employees of the Promoter and/or each of their associated companies;
      2. employees of agents and/or suppliers of the Promoter and/or its associated companies who are professionally connected with the Competition and/or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of those specified in clauses 3.1.1 or 3.1.2 above.
   2. Where entrants do not meet the criteria set out in clause 3.1, their entry will not be valid and they will not be eligible to win.
   3. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age, residence and identity.
4. How to Enter
   1. The Competition will run until terminated at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter also reserves the right to suspend or modify the Competition at any time.
   2. Entry to the Competition is free.
   3. In order to enter the Competition, you must:
      1. register at https://super6.skysports.com/  (the "Website") or its related mobile apps (the "Mobile Apps") to open an account; and
      2. predict the scores for all six Super 6 fixtures identified for the relevant round; and
      3. make a prediction of the time of the earliest goal to be scored in all matches in a round (the "Golden Goal Prediction").
   4. You are required to register to open an account on the Website or the Mobile Apps in your own name.
   5. Any entrant found to be registered in the name of any other person will be disqualified.
   6. Only one account is permitted to be registered per entrant.
   7. By registering for an Account, you authorise the Promoter to conduct any identification, credit or other verification checks that it may require (either for the Promoter's own purposes or as required by applicable law or a regulatory body), including (but not limited to) checking any or all of the details you provide when registering or changing your Account details. In particular, the Promoter may verify that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and that you are resident in the country in which you say you are resident. If the Promoter discovers that you are under 18 years of age following verification checks or that you have not met any other verification criteria, your account shall be closed and all entries will be disqualified from participating in the Competition and/or receiving any Prizes (as defined below).
   8. The Promoter may supply the information that you have provided to authorised credit reference agencies, who may check such information against any databases (public or private) to which they have access and may keep a record of that check. The checks will be for the purposes of confirming your identification and for fraud detection and prevention. The Promoter will process the personal information you provide in accordance with its Privacy and Cookie Policy at https://super6.skysports.com/privacy.
   9. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened by, or are under the control of the same person, all such accounts shall be closed and all entries by such person and/or accounts held by such person will be disqualified from participating in the Competition and/or receiving any Prizes (as defined below).
   10. Only one entry per round is permitted per entrant.
   11. All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the time advertised on the points of entry of the Competition ("Closing Time"). All entries received after the Closing Time will be automatically disqualified.
   12. Once an entry has been submitted, it can be edited before the Closing Time via the Website or Mobile Apps.
   13. You cannot change your predictions after the Closing Time.
   14. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Under no circumstances are you permitted to submit your entry via email. Any entries submitted by email will be automatically disqualified.
5. The Competition
   Rounds
   1. There will be 6 fixtures in each full round of the Competition.
   2. The list of fixtures and kick off times for each round can be viewed at the Super 6 Website athttps://super6.skysports.com/.
   3. Each round closes at the kick off time of the first fixture of each round.
   How points are scored
   4. Points will be scored as follows:
      1. Players will receive 5 points for each correct score (number of goals for each team) predicted in a Super 6 fixture.
      2. Players will receive 2 points for each correct result (win, draw, or loss for each team) predicted in a Super 6 fixture.
   5. Players will not score points for a correct Golden Goal Prediction.
   Tiebreakers
   6. Golden Goal Predictions will be used to determine winners in the case where multiple entrants qualify for a Prize. The most accurate Golden Goal Prediction will win the Prize in such a tie-break situation.
   7. The most accurate Golden Goal Prediction is the Golden Goal Prediction which is closest to the actual time of the first goal across any of the six games in the round.
   8. When judging closest prediction for time of the Golden Goal Prediction, times before and after the actual time of the first goal will be considered equally.
   Fixture scores and goal times
   9. The fixture scores and time of first goal ("Fixture and Goal Data") are published by Stats Perform group ("Opta"). The Fixture and Goal Data published by Opta will be used to determine the final league positions and winners of all Prizes (as defined below).
   10. Any goals scored in injury time will be recorded as forty-five minutes for the first half and ninety minutes for the second half of the fixture.
   11. The timing of goals scored will be recorded as follows:
       1. 0 - 59 seconds = 1st minute;
       2. 1m00s - 1m59s = 2nd minute;
       3. 2m00s – 2m59s = 3rd minute; and so on. For example, if a player selects minute 6 for the Golden Goal Prediction then this will apply where the first goal is scored between 5m00s - 5m59s.
   12. If there are no goals in any of the fixtures then the correct answer will be deemed to be 0 or 90.

6. 

1. Prizes
   1. The Jackpot Competition Prize, Consolation Prize, Get 5 Bonus, Head to Head Challenge Prize and any Additional Prize (each defined below) are together referred to as the "Prizes" and each a "Prize".
   2. There is no cash alternative to non-cash prizes.
   3. Unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if necessary for reasons beyond its control.
   5. The Promoter will not be liable for Prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
   6. If any Super 6 fixture is postponed, abandoned or not completed (where less than 90mins is played) the fixture will be considered void.
   Jackpot Competition
   7. The Jackpot Competition prize is £250,000 unless otherwise specified ("Jackpot Competition Prize") and the winner will be determined as follows:
      1. The Jackpot Competition Prize is awarded to the player who correctly predicts the scores in all six Super 6 fixtures in a relevant round.
      2. If there are two or more players who have correctly predicted the score of all six Super 6 fixtures, the Jackpot Competition Prize will be won by the player whose Golden Goal Prediction is closest to the actual time of the first goal.
      3. If two or more players correctly predicted the score of all six Super 6 fixtures and their Golden Goal Predictions are equally accurate, the Jackpot Competition Prize will be split equally amongst those players.
   Consolation Prize
   8. Subject to the provisions below, the consolation prize for each round is £5,000 unless otherwise specified ("Consolation Prize") and shall be determined as follows:
      1. The Consolation Prize is awarded where there are no players who correctly predict the scores in all six Super 6 fixtures in a relevant round and no Jackpot Competition Prize is awarded.
      2. The Consolation Prize will be awarded to the player who scores the highest number of points in a round ("Round Competition Winner").
      3. At least four or more Super 6 fixtures must be completed during the relevant round in order for a Consolation Prize for that round to be awarded.
      4. If two or more players have the same number of points, the winner will be the player whose Golden Goal Prediction is closest to the actual time of the first goal.
      5. If two or more players Golden Goal Predictions from Clause 6.8.4 were equally close to the time of the first goal, the prize for that round will be split equally amongst those players.
      6. An additional bonus of £1,000 (unless advertised otherwise) ("Get 5 Bonus") will be awarded if the Round Competition Winner has correctly predicted the scores for five of the Super 6 fixtures that round.
      7. In the case of ties as referred to clause 6.8.5 above, where the tied entrants each correctly predict the scores for five of the Super 6 fixtures and have equally close Golden Goal Predictions, the Get 5 Bonus will be split equally between all winners of the round.
   Head to Head Challenge
   9. Players are automatically opted into a Head to Head challenge via the Website or Mobile Apps prior to the deadline for submitting entries for that round ("Head to Head Challenge").
   10. Once predictions have been submitted for that round, players shall automatically gain entry into the Head to Head Challenge prize draw if they obtain a higher number of points in any round (calculated as per clause 5.4) than the Head to Head opponent for that round.
   11. The Head to Head Challenge Prizes shall be awarded to players who are placed into the Head to Head Challenge prize draw and selected at random by a computer program shortly after the completion of a round.
   12. Head to Head Challenge Prizes will be credited within four weeks of verification of the winning player in accordance with the verification process detailed in clause 9 (Winners and Entrants Verification) below.
   13. In the event that a player's Head to Head Challenge is terminated due to a decision by the Promoter pursuant to clause 6.16 of these Terms and Conditions, each player to the relevant Head to Head Challenge will be removed from the Head to Head Challenge.
   14. The Head to Head opponent may change their predictions before the closing time for a round via the Website or Mobile Apps. Once a round has closed for entries, the Head to Head opponent shall not change their predictions.
   15. In the event there is no submission of the Head to Head opponent's predictions for a round, the Head to Head Challenge shall be deemed void for that round.
   16. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add a Head to Head Challenge (including the Head to Head Challenge Prizes) at its sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice.
   17. The Head to Head Challenge Prize/Prizes will be won by a select number of players who can outscore the Head to Head opponent in that specific round and could consist of cash or non-cash prizes. The value of any cash prize shall never be lower than £100.
   Additional Prizes
   18. Additional prizes and/or specials ("Additional Prizes") may be introduced at any time during the Competition at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
   19. The Additional Prizes will be in addition to the Jackpot Competition Prize, Consolation Prize, Get 5 Bonus and Head to Head Challenge Prize outlined above.
   20. In the event that Additional Prizes are introduced, the Promoter will publish and notify players of any additional terms and conditions as may be applicable to those Additional Prizes.
2. Super 6 Fixture: postponed, abandoned or incomplete (Jackpot Competition Prizes of £250,000 or more)
   1. If the Jackpot Prize is specified as totalling £250,000 or more then the following provisions apply:
      1. If only five Super 6 fixtures are completed during any round, the £250,000 Jackpot Competition Prize available for that round will be reduced to £20,000 and the Consolation Prize will remain unchanged.
      2. If only four Super 6 fixtures are completed during any round, the Jackpot Competition Prize available for that round will be reduced to £5,000 and there will be no Consolation Prize.
      3. If three or fewer Super 6 fixtures are completed during any round, the Jackpot Competition Prize and Consolation Prize will be void for that round.
3. Super 6 Fixture: postponed, abandoned or incomplete (Jackpot Competition Prizes of £50,000)
   1. If the Jackpot Competition Prize is specified as totalling £50,000 then the following rules will apply:
      1. If only five Super 6 fixtures are completed during any round, the £50,000 Jackpot Competition Prize available for that round will be reduced to £5,000 and the Consolation Prize will remain unchanged.
      2. If only four Super 6 fixtures are completed during any round, the Jackpot Competition Prize available for that round will be reduced to £1,000 and there will be no Consolation Prize.
      3. If three or fewer Super 6 fixtures are completed during any round, the Jackpot Competition Prize and Consolation Prize will be void for that round.
4. Winners and Entrants Verification
   1. Winners (as determined in accordance with the terms set out in Clause 6 (Prizes) will be notified by email or telephone number registered on their account on the day on which the relevant round is completed, or on the following Business Day (a "Business Day" being a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business).
   2. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date on their account.
   3. Winners will be required to verify (with evidence satisfactory to the Promoter) their:
      1. age;
      2. identity;
      3. residence; and
      4. any other verification information requested by the Promoter, to the satisfaction of the Promoter before they are eligible to receive their Prize.
   4. Any announcement made regarding winners on Sky properties (TV, online, or otherwise) is pending verification and is not final confirmation.
   5. A full list of Prize winners by name will be available in the results sections of the Super 6 Website athttps://super6.skysports.com/.
   6. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason:
      1. to accept a Prize;
      2. verify their registration information to the satisfaction of the Promoter;
      3. has been found to have breached these Terms and Conditions; or
      4. cannot be contacted within five Business Days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner (and their eligibility to receive any Prizes under the Competition) and award the applicable Prize to another participant, if applicable.
   7. Winners should allow up to forty-five days for payment and delivery of the applicable Prize.
   8. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants in relation to all aspects of the Competition including (without limitation), allocation of the Prizes and no correspondence will be entered into.
   9. Entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive any Prizes.
5. Publicity and Personal Information
   1. The Promoter will use each winner's and each entrant's personal details for the purpose of administering this Competition.
   2. By opting in to receive offers and communications you agree that the Promoter and Sky Betting & Gaming and each of their group companies, businesses and business partners may use the details you give us to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you. By opting in to allow us to use your customer profile, including but not limited to your age, location and gender, your browsing, betting and gaming history and patterns, your social media usage and how you interact with us.
   3. You agree that the Promoter and Sky Betting & Gaming and each of their group companies, businesses and business partners may use the details you give us to contact you and provide targeted marketing tailored to the products and services that may be of interest to you.
   4. You can change your direct marketing preferences by contacting us by email at super6@skybet.com or by altering your marketing preferences within the My Account section of the Super 6 website. You can also click on the "unsubscribe" link in direct marketing emails from us to be removed from receiving future email marketing.

   6. Entry and participation in the Competition constitutes permission for the Promoter and/or its associated, affiliated and subsidiary companies to use the usernames, predictions and user photographs of participants for publishing purposes, including but not limited to, leader boards and other display within the Super 6 Website or related applications.
   7. With the winner's consent, the winner's details will be included in such publicity as the Promotor reasonably requires.
6. Limitation of Liability
   1. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and each of its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
      1. any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prizes, Competition, other associated promotions or relevant football fixtures beyond the Promoter's reasonable control;
      2. any technical failures or unavailability of the Super 6 Website, Mobile Apps or other related platforms;
      3. obvious errors or omissions relating to the awarding of Prizes; or
      4. any act or default of any third party supplier including without limitation errors relating to fixtures and scoring data.
   2. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the Prize where applicable.
   3. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions are or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
   4. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with English Law and you agree that all claims arising from your participation in this Competition that you may bring against the Promoter will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7. Refer a Friend Promotion Terms and Conditions
   1. All other Super 6 terms and conditions apply to the Refer a Friend Promotion.
   2. All Sky Betting and Gaming General Terms and Conditions apply to the Refer a Friend Promotion and can be found here.
   3. All Sky Betting & Gaming Promotional Terms apply and can be viewed here.
   4. This Refer a Friend Promotion is now closed to new referrals but users that have referred a friend to Super 6 before 2021 will still be eligible to win.
   5. In order to enter the Refer a Friend Promotion, current Super 6 customers must refer individuals who are eligible to play Super 6 but have never played Super 6 before, to the Super 6 Competition.
   6. The referred individual must sign up via the website, having started their session from using the refer a friend link for the referrer to be eligible for the Refer a Friend Promotion.
   7. Thereafter referrals will need to enter a Super 6 round for the referrer to then be eligible to win the £25,000.
   8. If a referred entrant correctly predicts the full-time score line of all 6 games within a specific round of Super 6, the referrer will win £25,000.
   9. The referrer will only receive £25,000 if their referral wins the Jackpot Prize, not the Consolation Prize or any other prizes/promotions Super 6 has live at that time.
   10. In the instance where there is a shared jackpot, the referrer will still receive the full £25,000.
   11. The referrer will only receive £25,000 where the referred individual makes the winning prediction within 3 years of the referral date.
   12. If no referral correctly meets the entry requirements then no prize will be awarded.
   13. Any Super 6 entries received after kick off during each round will not be counted.
   14. Winners will be notified within 48 hours after the Promotional Period.
   15. The prize will be paid into the winning participants account within 10 days of the Promoter successfully verifying (with evidence satisfactory to the Promoter) the winner's age, identity, residence and other requested verification and security information.
   16. If the winning participants cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, fail to upgrade their account or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then the prize will be revoked.
   17. Participants who have been excluded from previous promotions run by the Promoter (including in relation to Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker or Sky Bingo) will not be permitted to participate in this Refer a Friend Promotion and any submissions shall be deemed void.
   18. The £25,000 prize is paid as cash via BACS.
   19. The customer cannot request any alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Promoter the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
   20. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary to do so for reasons beyond its control.
   21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if reasonably necessary to do so.
