Small help with tax return

Just wanting a bit of confirmation/reassurance before I take action.
2021/2022 tax year
Left employer 1 - received P45 and then some overtime after P45
Emplyoer 2 - receoved P60 but does not include employer 1 figures
I think I've made a mistake with employer 1 (because I don't have a P60 which makes it crystal clear - and I couldn't use P45).
I have used "total gross" from my last payslip (which includes the overtime)
I think I should have used "taxable pay"
Am I correct?
I believe I can amend my tax return online but just wanting to check I'm correct before making the amendement.
It's usually easy when you have a P60, but now I have a P45 plus a later payslip
To put some numbers on
P45 says 15,577.42
Overtime was £500
Last payslip says
gross 14,859.19
Taxable pay 16077.49
so should I use the 16077.49 figure?

Yes - taxable pay.1

The difference is £835 from employer to share scheme
and £385 private medical insurance paid for by employer
So I think those are both taxable and they've done it via payroll rather than P11d0
