IG ban issue - "shared to a service that helps you get more likes or followers"

Very confused. Signed in and it popped up 3x, one after the other. Clicked "tell us", but we all know that does little to nothing.
No idea what service I would've shared with, and if I have, it would've been by accident, or someone else has done it. The only place I "share" my IG account is via Gleam or similar from competitions listed on this forum, and I've never had this before.
Absolute no interest in likes or followers, so I know I would not have done this intentionally. Wish I knew which "service" this supposedly was.
Anyone had the same? Or know what it's about? Thanks.
