Waiting a month for YouGov reward £50

This Friday will be one month since I successfully redeemed 5,000 points for my first £50 YouGov reward. Still waiting for the money, despite several unanswered appeals to YouGov. Disgusted, to be honest. When husband redeemed his points the money was in his account same day! Feel like I have been conned 🥺

I have been doing YouGov surveys what what seems like forever - certainly at least a year. I am now 600 points away from making it to the £50 mark. I will never do them again once I get there. What an an utter waste of time they are.

Perhaps you just missed a payment run? They don't really need to con you any further as they pay so little for your time anyway.

I had this earlier this year. Redeemed my points and got the confirmation but nothing more. I followed it up four times before using this link I found on another post here

Got a response the next day and paid out in a week via a bank transfer. They did say that they were having issues with their payment partner. Annoying that they never responded to my other four enquiries.
