Initial contact with Pension Service

My partner contacted the Pension Service. Was told they would send a statement of his contribution years. They omitted to say this would take 2 - 6 weeks to be actioned .We spent time chasing them to find this out. So simple to mention this critical piece of info to us and unprofessional not to.

Posted a request to the Canadian pension service for both myself and the OH in March knowing that there could be a 6 months wait. Got a response to my request after 3 months saying that my pension will start in January next year but they won't be able to tell me until then how much it will be. So that was helpful.
