Lower Earnings Limit/Primary Threshold credits question

I've been having a look at my National Insurance records on the Government Gateway website and it says that for a year and three months where I was working min wage, earning only-just too much to claim benefits, yet just enough not to have to pay National Insurance, it says that there were zero contributions for that time period.
For 2018-2019 there are 16 weeks, which are JSA and then Universal Credit, and then 3 months of employment with a tiny NI contrib for a week where my did loads of overtime.
2019-2020 the Lower Earnings Limit was £6,136 and I earned £6,127.20. (It was a pretty rubbish year, but I wasn't too fussed about pay)
And 2020-2021 has a full year (although it says I didn't pay anything) I actually go over the LEL and into the PT but nothing was paid (as should be the case)
Has my employer messed up here and should there be 13 + 52 weeks of credits paid? If so, what can I do about it? I can't find anything online about this.
Thanks
(I'm super keen to fill some of the really weird gaps I have since leaving education, but there's definitely something fishy going on here...)

Have you obtained a state pension forecast?

What exactly does your forecast say?
