Collections at work

Hello everyone,
Prior to our staff scattering during the pandemic and not all returning to our main place of work our collections are being run using a person's bank account with money transfers.
The problem is we used to have anonymous collections so that people found it easy to give or abstain.
Now the organiser knows all the details.
Does anyone know an online way to do this anonymously?
Grateful for any help.

I suppose it would require the organizer to set up an online fundraiser that people could donate to anonymously but it seems like overkill. In our office the organiser just asks for donations to his bank account and so he will know who has donated and how much but I don't suppose anyone is really interested.
It is still easy to give or abstain. Donate if you wish and say no if you don't?

Thank you, that is what we're doing now, I just wanted something where different people collect for different things.0

Is it always the same person organising? Is there any reason to think they are not being dsicreet?
If these are collectins organised by the employer then maybe have however does HR deal withit - discretion is part of their job.
IF they are collectins organised by staff thenlet them chose how to do it.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
you could use a srvice such as https://www.collectionpot.com/ but it does mean that the person gets, in effect, a gift card rather than you being able to buy an actual gift. I presume that there a are charges of some sort , too

The only time it was anonymous in our office was when an envelope was passed along and people dropped some coins in. Or didn't. And still signed the birthday card. Other times it was a case of walking over and handing £5 and stating how much change you needed.
The same worked for charity donations and recently we went for justgiving etc. The organiser would know who gave what but it was up to the individual to mark their donation as private or public.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
