in Cutting tax
Hi all
I'm new to all this a d didn't know were to go I hope you can help.
As I understand my Ni payments have gone up this year. and I also thought how much I can earn a year was going up. But my wage slip today was the same as last month.
I earn . £1487 before tax.
P.a.y.e £78.20
Ni £88.05
Tpp pension £48.38
Leaves me £1273.90 . I thought this number would have gone up a little bit if what I can earn a year has gone up .would it be next month I see a difference. After my fuel supplier putting my gas and electricity up to £285 from £85 per month every penny counts.
Thank you for reading and any help
Keith

You should be paying less NI from the first payday after 5 July.
Tax and pension contributions are likely to be unchanged.
Have you compared this payslip against June?0 -
What month is showing on your pay slip ? What was the date ? NI should be around £58 next payday.
