Thank you for all the information, I finally managed to get a response from BlackHorse which is below. 

"Thank you for your enquiry.

 

We have checked our records and can advise that Black Horse Ltd secured the Charging Order against your property prior to the confirmation of your bankruptcy.

 

Because of this Black Horse Ltd would not have filed paperwork to be included in your bankruptcy and would have retained the security against the property after discharge of the bankruptcy."

 Do I have any further options?

If it was made final before you went bankrupt, then I don`t think so no.

What`s the reason you want it removed, are they chasing you for this ??

It's because I'm selling the property

Then it will be paid out of the sales proceeds, after which it will be removed.

 Do I have any further options? 

Ask Black Horse for a copy of the charging order so you ensure it is "final". Don't just take their word for it as the Land Registry shows only an interim order was made.
