Is anyone else having trouble trying to contact the DHL pension services to get their pension? I have been trying to speak to them for six weeks with no joy and no response to emails apart from an automated email reply.

If you are nearing your target retirement age, you can contact the Pensions Department via email at dhl.uk.pensions@dhl.com for a retirement quote.

You will need to provide your membership number, your National Insurance number and your surname (see Find my membership number).

You will receive a retirement pack in the post which covers everything you need to know about your options and next steps.

Alternatively, login and go to ‘Planning for retirement > Taking action’ and request a quote.
