Real People Magazine Prize never received

I was informed in January that I had won a prize from Issue 46. However shortly afterwards the magazine closed. I eventually manage to contact Hearst magazine and was advised that there was quite a backlog but it would be sorted. In April I was informed l that the company responsible for the prize had since gone into liquidation but the company taking over the brand would fufill the prize. Since this email nothing and my emails are now being ignored. Is anyone else having the same problem? I can't find anyother way of contacting Hearst Magazines which isn't connecting to subscriptions.
