Solar I boost thermostat

We have ecodan heat pump with solar I boost diverting excess energy to heat the water. However, it is heating the water too hot..and I understand there is an independent thermostat on the immersion heater..but no idea where it is and how to adjust...

- Cut the power to your immersion heater.
- Take off the cover (typically round held on by a single nut). It will be on the side of your cylinder with wires going to it.
- Turn the little dial to a lower temperature.
- Replace the cover.
- Restore the power.

Alternatively, get a plumber to fit a blending valve to the output from your cylinder so it doesn't matter how hot it gets. That's what I have.Reed0
