Tax on pension

I recently paid tax on three months pension as it was paid in one hit.  How do I go about claiming it back?
Many thanks

Was it in the 2021/22 tax year or 2022/23 tax year?

There may well not be anything you need to do, either because there is no refund due or because the pension payer will automatically refund any tax overpaid the next time they make a payment.

If you provide more details it should be possible to explain what you need to do (if anything).

What tax code is being used by the pension payer and how much do you expect to receive in total in the current tax year from this pension by 5 April 2023?
