Teabags are great for puffy eyes, for dark circles, I have found drinking lots of water, using a good night cream for eyes when I go to bed and then using a reflective eye thing (like Touche Eclat, only the cheap version!) when I put my make up on in the morning seems to do the trick.

Ive naturally got dark circles which get even darker once a month.
I have learnt to cover mine up. A yellow based concealer will counteract purple but it needs to be slightly lighter than your foundation. A good one is YSL touche eclat but for a bargain buy I use Max factor pan stick. It costs about £6.00 and lasts for ages.
I also find a tiny amount of pale eyeshadow (Cream, off white) in the inner corner of each eye makes me look more awake.

On a serious note dark circles under eyes can indicate either liver or kidney problems (can't remember which, will look up later) but if you have just been partying I'm sure you are OK.

A beauty therapist told me that dark circles are a sign of dehydration, drink loads of water daily, that what I do to get rid of them:D

Concealer is my best friend. Get the right one, use it wisely, and no-one will know.

Eyessential really works but it is very expensive,it is what hollywood stars use. Google it.

Avon used to do a cream that I really found works - but it was discontinued - I'm still using the one I have as stocked up whenI heard it was going but i'm sure they still do something similar...Do you know anyone who gets Avon?(or even sells it)
