Shark Vacuum Cleaner offer

Hi 

I tried to buy the Shark vacuum cleaner on the offer, via the link from the facebook MSE page.

Set up shark account ok, bought it and confirmed transaction via bank app. (so far all normal)

then every time I try to access Shark account, it doesnt recognise log in details.  I get in by resetting password.  

Product is in the cart, no order in history.  reluctant to order it again I try to  contact them 

Phone number isnt answered, email bounces back as unmanned, it sends links for web contact. 

It wants a customer ID before it will accept the web contact form (plus a load of other details which will help them take my identity at the bank if it is a scam).  I don’t have a customer ID, and dont want to put my date of birth etc. 

MSE has recommended this transaction, they havent tried to take any money from my account, but they are going to be a nightmare to contact if they do?

Any ideas what is going on?   Any advice ?

I have tried with two different cards to purchase the shark vacuum on offer - both cards were declined but they are accepted everywhere else. Really frustrating!

the confirmation I tried to make, timed out and was not accepted.  This explains why it is still in my shopping cart.  But the fact that it’s impossible to contact them, means I’m just grateful I got out of it.
