First time buyer - is the ‘Moneybox’ Mortgage Advice trustworthy?

Long time lurker, looking to buy my first home. I use Moneybox for savings / investment and saw this in their app.
where they help you get a mortgage with a bank, I think even a Mortgage in principle, and find you the best deal.
Before I go ahead, just wondered if a) anyones used them b) are they trustworthy or c) if you haven’t used it, any reason you can think why I shouldn’t?

@RoastPotatoes I've had a quick look and their mortgage broking team look like a pretty standard 'whole of market' (90+ lenders) regulated mortgage advice firm, so similar to those listed on the MSE mortgage broker page here
