My Dear,
Do what I did, and light the fire with them. There really is nothing they can do. If they trouble you, forward them to your chappie at the O.R's office. It is their job after all, and they do receive a very beneficial pension for their troubles, as I could no doubt testify to at one time.
Yours,

Hi, they can take some time to stop coming, THE important thing is that whatever threats are made are all empty, the BR ended your liability for the debts and you can tell them to shove it, I just told them that I was made br on...... @ .... in the court of ..... by judge ...... and they should contact the or on telephone no. ........ That little script seemed to work quite well.
best of luck
IanI had debts, my circumstances changed, I tried but couldn't pay them, I dealt with them in the best way I could.........

It can be difficult my Dear,
One hears a lot of chit chat around certain areas of the capital about increased rates of bankruptcy and the feeling is that it's a rather brutal remedy that needs refining even further.
I wouldn't take them too seriously, it's all a bit of a game really when you think how many politicians have been bankrupt, and worse, over the years.
Don't let these trivialities spoil your Christmas and New Year,
Yours

Hiya
I've had some letters and that's after nearly a year !!! It's probably best to send them to the OR and let them deal with it - at the end of the day, you'll want any debts showing as "satisfied" on your credit reports when your BR ceases. I've also had phone calls from companies that have had my debts sold to them and in that case, I've told them to check the insolvency register and given them my BR number - it's in front of them then, no arguments.
