NatWest Interest Only Mortgage - Proof of Investments

I am currently in the process of applying through a broker (Trussle) for an interest only mortgage with Nat West. My repayment plan is through my ISA and savings account which currently cover the mortgage I am applying for.
So far I have provided a downloaded pdf statements of my savings account and my last annual interactive investor statement.
I have now received a further request today to provide both of these on letter headed paper from FD and II which will require me to request from those companies. Is this normal as quite challenging to get paper based confirmations in these digital times but wanted to see what experience others have had on providing confirmation of investments.

@jamtomorrow Can't speak for your specific scenario as I've no idea what you've already provided, the rest of the scenario, etc but normally you should be ok with providing a recent statement from the provider (which shows your name, address and any account/customer number).
If the statement is not recent enough, then they might be either ok with the most recent statement plus a transaction listing from the investment portal.
As for what's normal, generally speaking, with I/O repayment vehicles, the underwriter can ask for whatever they think is needed to gain sufficient assurance that there is one that stands up to scrutiny.
Tbh I wasn't aware that NatWest allows cash savings as an adequate repayment vehicle.
