10 year fix

Our 5 year fix comes to and end in 3 month and we have just been offered a 10 year fix at 3.4% on a 70% loan to value.
The interest rate on a 2 and 5 year fix is between 3.1 and 3.2.
I’m struggling in deciding if worth securing in a 10 year fix now. I can’t find any research on long term interested rate predictions
