place the flour and castor sugar in a bowl and mix. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the oil egg and milk using a fork, mix the wet ingredients in the well gradually incorporatinf the dry ingredients until a smooth batter is formed. Oil the donut holes with a pastry brush (upper) and 1 tspn of oil into the lower moulds. Heat for one minute.
