Terms & Conditions: Win ELEMIS x RIXO: The Best of British Skincare & Style Giveaway - June 2022

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Elemis Limited of Unit D, Poplar Way East, Cabot Park, Avonmouth, S110DD.
3. All entrants must sign up to receive ELEMIS marketing communications from which they can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in ELEMIS’ emails.
4. All entries must be submitted via the ELEMIS X RIXO prize draw landing page and only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The opening date for entries is Wednesday 8th June 2022. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59pm Monday 18th July 2022. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person on Tuesday 19th July 2022. ("Draw Date").

9.ELEMIS reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
10. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) and must provide an email address, postal address and telephone number to claim their prize.
11. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. The prizes will be individually sent to the winner by post within 10 working days of being notified of their win.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails customercare@elemis.com or writes to Customer Care Department, Elemis Limited of Unit D, Poplar Way East, Cabot Park, Avonmouth, BS110DD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter customercare@elemis.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
21. For ELEMIS to share your data with RIXO for marketing purposes you will be required to give your consent by opting in to the third party opt in box.
22. ELEMIS does not accept any responsibility for postal or courier delays in delivering the prize to the winner.

I had to accept cookies to see it - if you have already rejected them try again in incognito

I accepted all cookies and turned off my ad-blocker on Chrome, still nothing. Refreshed several times, too, and just left the page up for 30mins thinking it might show eventually (silly, I know). Sadly still not working for me. 

Tried incognito, accepted all cookies - nothing.
Tried Microsoft Edge - nothing.
