Selling late Father's whiskeys

My father has a few collectible whiskeys that I'm looking to sell. I can't use eBay as I need a license to sell alcohol.

I went to The Whisky Shop and they can sell them for me and gave me a rough valuation. Before I commit with them, is there any other way to sell old whiskeys and a bottle of Bisquit that I may not be aware of?

What offers did the Whiskey Shop give you? Both in terms of the higher end bottles and the total?

Proper Antique Auctions sometimes sell collectable spirits, if you have one in the area give them a ring.

They gave me evaluations of potential sales price from low to high ranging from £20 - £150 dependent on the bottle.
