not sure if this is the correct thread but.. can you get a secured loan against a property with no ESW1?

I need to borrow 40k but I’m trapped in a 700k property that has the value of £0 due to cladding.
there has to be a way, any idea?

If the property has a value of £0, then there is effectively nothing for the lender to secure against.
You would need to look at unsecured (in smaller amounts).0
