My advice is not to book with EMR in future as they should not be charging a fee.

I recently experienced a cancelled train and my options were to either travel later and claim delay repay or make my own arrangements and claim a refund. I chose the latter because I could not afford to be late; I put in the claim through the company I bought from (Trainsplit) and it was processed later in the same day and I was not charged any admin fee.

EMR should be doing the same, they should not be charging a fee!
