House selling fees

Hi,  my husband and I are selling our house and paying of debts and mortgage and hoping to buy a park home outright with what we have left.
Could someone advise me please as I am a little confused as on our financial statement from our conveyancer it states that we pay a mortgage fee, but we are not having a mortgage or is this for finishing the mortgage?

    What exactly does it say, and how much is it? At the very least you need to register the discharge of the mortgage from your title, so there's a Land Registry fee involved there.

    In general though if you don't understand something your conveyancer has sent you - ask them!

    The mortgage fee is £300, doesn't state anything about a Land Registry fee or perhaps that's what it is?
