Enjoy Tees Valley Win a fun night in Middlesbrough Terms and Conditions These terms relate to the ‘Win a fun night in Middlesbrough’ (the ‘competition’) which is run by the Promoter, Tees Valley Combined Authority under the brand Enjoy Tees Valley, whose Registered office is Teesside Airport Business Suite, Teesside International Airport, Darlington, DL2 1NJ 1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. This is a free-entry prize draw competition run by the Promoter. There is no fee to enter.
1.2. These terms are in addition to any conditions detailed in the marketing material about the prize draw (the "marketing material").  To the extent there is any inconsistency or conflict between the information contained in this document and the marketing material, this document (known as the terms and conditions) shall prevail.
1.3. PURPOSE: The purpose of this competition is to offer prizes to be used in Middlesbrough on the dates specified.

2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1. By entering the Competition you agree to comply with and abide by all of the Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, and you represent and warrant that you meet the Entry Requirements as set out in clause 4 below. In addition, you agree to accept the Promoter’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. You should look solely to the Promoter with any questions, comments or issues related to the Competition.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. Entry to the competition will be via an online form only, which can be accessed at https://www.enjoyteesvalley.com/middlesbrough-competition/. There is no other way to submit an entry.  
3.2. Entries must be submitted by 00.00H (midnight) on Wednesday 20th July 2022. Late entries will not be counted. 
3.3. There is no cost to enter this competition. 

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
4.1. The competition is only open to people aged 18 or over who are UK residents.  
4.2. You cannot enter the competition if you are an employee or officer of Tees Valley Combined Authority, Teesside International Airport, South Tees Development Corporation, or any subsidiary company of these companies (our ‘Group’) or any person living with, or directly related to, one of our Group’s employees. 
4.3. Only one entry per prize is permitted per person. 
4.4. You may be required to provide proof of your eligibility before any prize may be claimed.  
4.5. Neither we nor any Group company accept any responsibility or liability for entries which do not reach us before the closing date or are illegible, incomplete, or corrupted. Entrants must have a valid email address to claim this prize. 

5. TIMETABLE AND JUDGING  
5.1. The following is an indicative timetable for the competition and may be subject to change:    Competition launch date: Tuesday 12th July  Competition closure: Tuesday 00.00H (midnight) 19th July 2022   Winners announced: Wednesday 20th July 2022    
5.2. The winner of the prize will be drawn via a random online name picker. 
5.3. Our aim is to contact the winner by email on Wednesday 20th July, notifying them of the full details of the prize. Other entrants may not be notified and if you have not heard from us within two months of the closing date you have not won.  
5.4. The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk message or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
5.5. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 working days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
5.6. The prize offered is conditional on these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions by the winner at the Promoter’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
5.7. We may, in our absolute discretion, change the Terms and Conditions or extend the Competition without notice. We may cancel the Competition without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so.

6. THE PRIZES

6.1. The competition will have one prize winner.
6.2. The prizes are detailed below 
6.3.  The prizes have been provided by us in conjunction with: 
o Middlesbrough Town Hall
o The Nuthatch, Middlesbrough
o Holiday Inn Express, Middlesbrough   
6.4. The winner will be responsible for booking dates directly with the provider of each prize in order to redeem the prizes. Prizes may require the winner to be available on specific dates in order to redeem them.  Full details will be provided upon announcement of the winner.  
6.5. All prize experiences will only be permitted in line with the latest government guidelines. 
6.6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

7.  PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION 
7.1. The personal information supplied by entrants when entering this competition will be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy here. 
7.2. By entering the competition and providing your contact information and personal information you have agreed that we may use this information to contact you about the outcome of the competition. We may also contact you in relation to publicity about the competition.
7.3. All entrants may have their details removed from our database by contacting us or via the unsubscribe messages in emails sent by us or by contacting us by email at hello@enjoyteesvalley.com. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the competition and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim the prize. 
7.4. Winners must have access to use social media channels including all or one of Facebook, Instagram or Twitter in order to document their prize experience tagging @EnjoyTeesValley and using #EnjoyTeesValley. It is recommended that you also tag all venues visited and make all relevant posts public. 
7.5. If you do not have access to social media or do not wish to post public posts, you may be asked to provide photographs and/or videos of your trip to be published on Enjoy Tees Valley social media channels. These can be emailed to hello@enjoyteesvalley.com. 
7.6. Full instructions on the above will be emailed to the successful entrants. 
7.7. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to the use of publicity materials.  

8. General
8.1. If there is a dispute about the meaning of these terms and conditions or the operation of the competition our decision is final.
